THERAPEUTIC HYPNOSIS
Drive change
Contemporary hypnotherapy seeks to bring about change by encouraging, above all, the recovery of confidence and the patient's return to initiative.
Within the Ear Institute, and in particular in the care of IMERTA patients, the hypnosis session is indicated to take care of patients suffering from tinnitus, hyperacusis, blocking stress the possibilities of conventional rehabilitation.
The session typically takes place in 5 stages:
Anamnesis: it aims in particular to ensure that the patient does not present any psychiatric pathology of psychotic or schizophrenic type, which is incompatible with hypnosis; and carried out the preliminary medical investigation course;
Hypnotic induction: putting the patient into a modified state of consciousness;
Therapeutic work: suggestions on tinnitus, anxiety, habituation;
Reassociation: return to ordinary consciousness;
