ABOUT

The Marseille Ear Institute aims to bring together health professionals specialized in the various aspects of ear disorders and associated diseases: Hearing Loss, tinnitus, hyperacusis, dizziness, vertigo, motion sickness, chronic otitis, malformations or nerve degeneration, tumors (cholesteatomas, neurinomas, meningiomas ...) and cranial nerves impairments.

The objective of the institute is to allow health professionals to work as a multidisciplinary team in order to coordinate the patients' care, to save time on diagnosis and treatment, improve the quality of care and provided service.

Obviously, the ear diseases mainly affect communication and quality of life of people (hearing and understanding, communicating their emotions through adapted facial expression, maintaining social activities, moving around and ensuring their locomotor independence ...)

The professionals involved are therefore diverse and bringing these skills together in one place improves the coordination of care
